During your San Diego vein treatment, a special solution is injected in to the vein with a fine needle.  There is no cutting, no anesthesia needed and the discomfort is only minimal.    The special solution prompts the vein to seal shut in just about 15 minutes.  Blood flow is rerouted into a healthy vein and the unattractive colored vein disappears from sight.  Depending on the size of the vein treated, patients may need multiple treatments to obtain the best results.
