Reloxin® (Dysport) is now FDA approved

Reloxin® is a botulinum toxin type A protein very similar to Botox® that has been used in Europe and other countries around the world with similar applications as Botox®. It was just approved today in the United States and will likely hit the physician’s office next month. One of the most common applications will include reduction of lines around the eyes.

The difference between Reloxin® (Dysport) and Botox® will include the number of units injected and the price. Reloxin® (Dysport) will most likely be priced lower than Botox®.

Dr. Moradi may serve as one of the physician trainers once the product is introduced in the market.
